Parish hopefuls facing dueling forums (New Orleans Times-Picayune)
There’s a story that there once were only two horseless carriages in Indiana and that somehow they managed to bump into each other. That’s sort of what occurred in the St. Charles Parish president’s race, when the only two public forums on the race so far got scheduled on the same night.
